Mountain BikingThese sessions really are for everyone no matter what your ability. Instructors will moderate rides to the needs of your group and add in fun games and technique sections to help the group gain a better understanding of how to control and ride their bikes safely. All our instructors are trained to either TCL or BSCA qualification. Sessions can be arranged from either 2/3/4/6 hours or all day, whatever your choice we are always happy to listen to your requirements.  
Weekly Sessions
These will vary from 1 -2 hours, are great for building a groups biking skills. We take care to liase with teachers to match our courses to the needs of the group and the syllabus. Students can learn from entry level mechanics, biking skills and technique through to team skills and leadership making this a complete course for everyone.
Day Adventure Ride
This day includes a morning of technique and skills tuition with an instructor and then an afternoon ride which might include part of the famous South Downs Way, Friston Forest or a trip down to Birling Gap. Your day is fully catered for with breakfast, lunch and a BBQ to finish the day off. Price includes all meals and tuition £70 per person(bikes can be hired), minimum group size 6 with maximum 12. Mobile Climbing TowerOur 8 metre (27 ft) climbing wall is a fantastic addition to our activity centre. It has 4 different faces allowing 4 climbers on the wall any one time. The wall uses an auto belay system, so even if you let go/fall, you are slowly and automatically lowered to the ground, making it very safe and easy to use as well as great fun!
We can set different levels of difficulties to suit your group’s needs, great for weekly sessions where the wall gets increasingly more challenging.
Staff will play games designed to get the group to help and encourage each other including relay games and acting as co-ordination instructors.
As with all our sessions the groups will see how getting fit and healthy can be great fun.
The Wall has many uses, including team building sessions, weekly technique lessons or just an amazing party for all your friends!
It is also totally mobile so can be used on site as well as off-site – if you can’t make it to the “mountain” the “mountain” can come to you!

Activity SessionsDo something different for your party with a climbing wall and BBQ. A three hour session with instructors where you can use the wall at your leisure and pace. This is great fun for all age groups, mixed age groups and family parties.
The Wall can be hired for off site events. Great for parties, corporate events, village and school summer fetes.

Treasure HuntBiking treasure hunts are a great way of adding a competitive edge to your activity day. The group is split up into teams and set off in separate directions to answer as many clues as possible within the time limit. We can set the hunts for 2,4 or 6 hours(an extra charge wil apply for hunts longer than 2 hours). We can tailor the ride to your needs, it could be scenic and gentle, cryptic or more physically demanding.......just ask!
We can also arrange walking treasure hunts starting from 1 hour to a whole day.

ArcheryArchery is great fun and can be picked up in a short space of time, ideal for childen as a our sessions are based on a “have a go” theme. All based in the openess of a grass field located behind our centre. (Please note that archery can have a surcharge of £30).

PartiesIt's party time for Kids -- ideal for age group 7 years up, and no top limit, with the emphasis on fun for all. The following are the most popular requests, and we are happy to listen to your requirements to make it that special day. Jigg’s Dilemma
Jiggs has lost his barrels! Your challenge is to find them in the forest and then meet up with Jiggs, build a shelter to hide them from the excise men. Become part of Jiggs’ gang by covering your face in camo paint! Adult supervisor required. Mudbath Mountain Biking
Head out into the forest with an instructor to learn all about riding technique and skills and take part in a thrilling adventure ride. 2 hours of fast and furious riding to build up your appetite for a delicious BBQ back at the centre. Climbing Wall
Get all your family and friends together for this totally different 3 hour party. The wall will be up, the BBQ on the go and you can climb and eat whenever you like. These parties are great held early evening, after work or school.
Treasure Hunt
Our treasure hunts can be tailored to your group’s needs. It can be competitive, gentle, challenging and can even stop of at a local pub for lunch! Enjoy the beautiful views of the Country Park, Friston Forest and Cuckmere Valley. Choose either a 2 or 4 hour hunt, with or without BBQ. Party prices start from £20.00pp with minimum of 8 persons. Parties can include a childrens BBQ with a choice of menus – prices starting from £25.00pp minimum of 8 persons. Back to top
Hide BuildingFor this activity your group will head into the forest with your instructor to make survival shelters out of all the dead material lying around on the forest floor. The session is excellent for encouraging team work and showing the value of organisation and co-operation. Fantastic for the start of the school year to help new students bond with their class mates.  
The groups are encouraged to think creatively by adding inventive features to their new home to increase the amount of points awarded to them. A series of team games included in the session all add to keep energy levels high.
At the end of the session the group help to score each others hides and assess how well each group worked together. Then for a final test the instructor throws water over the hide and the group are marked out of ten for how dry they are!
This session really is action packed but also sticks closely to our ethos:-

We want you and your group to have fun and enjoy the day out. Below are just two ideas to get you going. The Accumulator: A great way to build team harmony and add a competitive edge. This can be run as a full or half day event. Teams take part in either three 1 hour or four 1.5 hour sessions and are awared points for each task. The team, which has accumulated the most points wins the day.
You can add in extra prizes for your group such as medals, cups, booby prizes or champagne. Choose activities from: climbing wall, biking treasure hunt, hide building and walking treasure hunt.
Both sessions include a delicious homemade BBQ, however you can choose to add further meals such as breakfast or afternoon tea. A Smugglers Quest: A unique day out that you will never forget. Jiggs the smuggler needs your help! His daughter, Nell has been taken hostage by the Squire in exchange for the brandy barrels he has lost. By biking, building, climbing, rafting and kayaking you will hunt down the Squire and rescue the delightful Nell from a fate worse than death.
You can fulfil your destiny and rescue Nell in either a full day or half day adventure. The choice is yours!
You have the option of adding prizes for your group as well as additional meals. If you’d like to make use of meeting or conference facilities please let us know and we can arrange these as part of the package.
