We can provide helmets, basic trail maps, puncture repairs kits, and general guidance on any trail routes, upon request. 
Costs are per person and deposits are required which could be, credit card, UK driving licence, passport. Our Mountain Bike hire fleet consists of either Kona Fire Mountains 14” and 16” frames and Dawes XC 1.4 and XC 1.6 18" 20" and 22" frames.

Tandems Dawes Edge, Duet 20"/16" and Duet 19”/16” SAFETY: Cycling can be a hazardous sport which could result in injury or death. Therefore, we advise that suitable eye, head and body protection should be worn at all times. Always cycle within your ability, observing the marked routes. Please be considerate to all other Forest users and never leave litter. When out cycling you don’t have to cycle up all the slopes or hills, there is nothing wrong in getting off and taking it easy by pushing for a little while, better off “nice and easy” rather pushing your body too hard. If you have any concerns before taking part you should always consult your local GP.
