Our centre is set in the Seven Sisters Country Park, Nr Seaford, East Sussex. We are about 20 minutes from Eastbourne, 40 minutes from Brighton and about 1.5 hours from London. Click here for directions. The country park itself is famous for the Seven Sisters Cliffs (as seen in the last Harry Potter movie!) and also the Cuckmere Meanders and River. It is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and every year is visited by well over 1 million people.
All of the land activities take place within the Friston Forest. This 1700 acre forest is nestled in the South Downs and right on our back door step.

All water activites take place on the Cuckmere Meanders. These lakes of water are non-tidal and not very deep so they make the perfect environment for safe water activities. The Canoe Barn has full changing rooms, showers and toilets just in case you get wet!
