DEPOSIT

A 50% deposit is needed to confirm your booking. The last 50% is due 2 weeks prior to the date of your activity. You can change numbers for your activity until 2 weeks prior to the date of it WITHOUT forfeiting any money.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made over 30 days away from the date of your activity are subject to a 50% forfeit of you deposit. Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days before your activity are subject to the forfeit of your whole deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the date of your activity will be subject to the forfeit of the full cost of the activity.

If we cancel your activity for any reason (a rare event but just in case!) we will always try and fix an alternate date, credit you for the full amount for future activities or refund any money paid in full. Cancellations will usually only be made in extreme weather conditions.
